floomy.ch is a Swiss online shop operated by Souliphone Dalavong. It sells handmade fuzzy wire flowers, bouquets, and custom flower gifts for customers in Switzerland.

Product photos, descriptions, colors, and sizes are shown as accurately as possible, but every item is handmade and may have small natural variations.

All prices are shown in CHF. The checkout shows the product price, shipping, discounts, and final total before payment is confirmed.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. floomy.ch does not store full card details or full payment credentials.

Orders are accepted after successful checkout payment. If a product becomes unavailable after payment, floomy.ch will contact the customer to arrange a replacement, later delivery, or refund.

Delivery is currently limited to Switzerland unless otherwise stated at checkout. Delivery estimates are indicative and can vary during busy periods.

Because products are handmade and some orders are customized, returns are handled case by case. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items should be reported promptly with the order number and photos.
